As co-founder of Pop Up Healing, Rusty brings his vibrant personality, humor, and genuine compassion to empower individuals on their personal growth journeys.

Diagnosed later in life with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and depression, Rusty understands firsthand the complexities of navigating mental wellness. He skillfully integrates his experiences and diverse talents to facilitate transformative hypnosis sessions, workshops, and retreats. Rusty is passionate about making healing accessible, enjoyable, and impactful.

Herbalist, sacred artist, and integrative wellbeing practitioner who brings together folk magic, plant medicine, creative expression, along with somatic breathwork and mobility to help others find balance, clarity, and connection.

As the founder of Keeper of the Old Ways, a small-batch herbal apothecary in Frederick, MD, Lauren crafts handmade teas, ritual oils, balms, sacred tools, and kits infused with reiki energy and ancestral wisdom.

Her practice is rooted in Appalachian and Northern European folk traditions, drawing from (inclusive) Heathenry, Celtic Polytheism, Slavic Witchcraft, and Christo-Paganism / Christ Consciousness—always with a deep reverence for the land, spirits, and cycles of nature.

Lauren’s work weaves healing through art, music, and ritual. Her offerings range from workshops on veneration practices and herbal medicine to leading immersive retreats and ceremonies. Whether teaching, crafting, or holding sacred space, Lauren guides others to step fully into their own magic—without fear, without limitation, and without apology.

Sean Young is a shamanic practitioner, spiritual warrior, and Army veteran who brings a raw, no-nonsense approach to deep healing. He walks between worlds—translating the messages of ancestors, clearing energetic imbalances, and helping people reclaim their power.

Through shamanic healing sessions, house cleansings, and ancestral work, Sean helps individuals release attachments, clear trauma imprints, and step into alignment.
